Terms of use

Last updated 12 August 2026

Warrior’s Way is a private app for a men’s faith, family and fitness group, run by Tim Martin and offered free of charge. Using it means agreeing to what follows. It is short on purpose.

Who can use it

Membership is by approval. Anyone may ask to join; an admin decides. Accounts are for one man each — do not share your sign-in, and do not create an account for somebody else without their knowing.

Keep your own details accurate, so the men you meet here know who you are.

How to conduct yourself

This is a brotherhood, not a comments section. Do not use it to:

  • harass, threaten, demean or bully anyone;
  • post anything unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit;
  • repeat outside this group what a man has shared inside it — prayer requests especially;
  • advertise, sell, or recruit;
  • impersonate another member, or upload a photo of somebody who has not agreed to it;
  • attempt to reach accounts, data or parts of the system not meant for you.

What is said in a prayer request is said in confidence. Treat it that way even though the app cannot make you.

What you write stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting it you allow the app to store it and show it to other approved members — which is simply what posting means here. Nothing you write will be used for advertising or handed to anyone outside the group.

You can edit or delete your own posts. An admin can also remove anything that breaks these terms, and can retire or delete an account.

Fitness, and a word of caution

The goals, workouts and encouragement here come from other members, not from doctors. Nothing in this app is medical advice. Talk to a doctor before you change how you train or eat, and stop if something hurts. You take part at your own risk, and the same goes for any event on the calendar — a run, a tournament, a workout — which the group organises but does not supervise.

What is not promised

The app is provided as it is. It may be down, lose something, or behave oddly; it is built and maintained by one man in his spare time and offered for nothing. No warranty is given, and to the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for any loss arising out of using it. Keep your own copy of anything you would hate to lose.

It may also change or stop. If it were ever to close down, the group would be given notice and a chance to keep what it wanted.

Ending it

Leave whenever you like — write to Tim Martin at ii.timothymartinjr@gmail.com and your account will be retired or deleted, as you prefer. An account may be suspended or removed for breaking these terms, and for serious matters without warning.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated; anything significant will be announced in the app rather than quietly edited in.

Warrior’s Way is run by Tim Martin, who is the person to ask about anything here — membership, conduct, or leaving. Write to him at ii.timothymartinjr@gmail.com.

The app itself is built and maintained by Doug Moore. Anything technical — a bug, a lost photo, or a request to delete your account and everything attached to it — goes to dougm1010@gmail.com.
